Self discovery through mind, body and soul.

After attending a retreat in Australia fourteen years ago, Wendy, the Founder and Director of NOWW, was inspired to develop the skills needed to set up retreats in NZ and Fiji. It was an empowering experience to arrive absolutely exhausted and leave after 5 days feeling on top of the world. Hoping to share this experience and awakening with others, Wendy was inspired to set up her own company. She aims to bring more accessible retreats to NZ and Fiji and provide empowerment through personal life coaching and wellness experiences.

As an international opera singer, Wendy brings this creative aspect, making the NOWW retreats stand out for those who have always wanted to 'give singing a go'.

Amidst the daily routine of life, it is essential to take some time out of the 'normal life' to recharge your soul. The NOWW retreat offers a place of happiness, kindness and warmth.

Take part and experience the difference a NOWW retreat can make. NOWW brings out your inner energy and gives you time and space to relax and enjoy. And at the end of the retreat, bring home memories that will last forever.

Alana Tilly

Yoga Instructor | Fiji

  • Read about Alana

Yoga has been a regular part of Alana's life for over 10 years now. In the past 6 years of instructing yoga, she has enjoyed teaching various ages and capabilities from toddlers and families to injured and elderly (even with an oxygen tank in tow!). Through her own life experience and challenges, she has endeavoured to practice and develop knowledge relating to people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Alana truly thrives on incorporating this perceptiveness into yoga sessions to benefit participants. So they can walk away feeling it was a positive experience and inspired to integrate yoga into their lives.

Alana is originally from Hobart, Tasmania and has lived successfully overseas. She then settled in Brisbane for 12 years before moving to Fiji 6 years ago. After accepting roles in marketing in Fiji, she launched her own business development consultancy and yoga business in Fiji in 2014. This also coincided with her daughter Ana being born. Alana now lives full time in Nadi with her partner and daughter. She continually evolves her own focus on maintaining a balance between the modern world and bringing peace, laughter and fulfilment in daily life by incorporating yoga. Helping people reconnect with their overall wellness through yoga transforms their perspective and outlook in life. Alana feels fortunate whenever she has the opportunity to share yoga.

Alana trained at Byron Yoga Centre to obtain her 200hr YTT course. She has taught acro-yoga, partner-yoga, kids yoga, SUP yoga, meditation and corporate mindfulness. Teaching regular weekly sessions at international resorts on Denarau Island in Fiji and gyms and other locations keeps Alana busy. In addition, she has taught yoga for special events and conferences, which include the Westin Wellness retreats with Rachel Finch. Other noteworthy events include the Fiji Surf Association female development squad training's, reality TV shows such as the 2018 Bachelor in Paradise and The Last Resort 2017. Alana was also featured on travel shows such as Getaway Australia.

Reconnect with your overall wellness.

Sonja Bollnow

Hypnotherapy | Reiki | Empowerment Speaker | Fiji

  • Read about Sonia

Before becoming an Alchemical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Teacher and Empowerment Facilitator, I was a successful businesswoman with all this entailed - worldwide travel for more than 300+ days/year with stressful 16-20 hour workdays. My career took me from Germany, my home country, to Miami, Florida, in 1992. There I entered a relationship, learned how to be a "stepmother", started another company, and became even more numb to my real Self along the way. I suffered severe depression, anxiety and had weight issues but kept pushing on. Then one day, it became clear that something had to change and that "something" was me. So I took charge of my life and started the quest of finding myself in amongst all the things and parts I had thought I "should" be. It has been a wonderful coming home to my real Self, to my heart and calling – even if at times not easy. I learned Reiki, which opened me up spiritually, studied and delved into Alchemical - Hypnotherapy, Systemic & Organisational Constellations, Somatic Healing, Voice Dialogue, Inner Child work, Intimacy Training, Psych-K, Equine Facilitated Therapy, Shamanism and Regression- as well as Past Life Therapy.

In 2001, I followed my calling to serve people and their healing, always knowing that you, the client, hold all the answers inside of you. Love is what moved me to beautiful Australia in 2002, and love is what I teach today. I co-facilitate 'coming into love'. To put it in simple terms, it is love for oneself, life, the world and everyone in it.

I bring and offer a deep understanding of today's stresses and pressures in business and private life. I provide a complete presence to your most pressing needs and wants and offer you tools to support you in coming more into balance and living your life in greater health and joy. My work is deeply intuitive. With my ability to be entirely present for you, we often get to the very core of the matter in just one session (or very few) – with lasting healing effects. So if you are ready to step into your true Self, I'm here to help. If you want to be the one free of addictions, ill-serving habits and patterns, or simply want to come into a healthier balance in your life, I'd be thrilled to co-facilitate that with you.

I work out of the prestigious 5-Star Health Retreat "The Golden Door – Elysia" in Pokolbin and run a private practice in Paterson and Sydney, working one-on-one and worldwide over the phone. In addition, I regularly facilitate workshops and training seminars. In my spare time, I am a dedicated Palliative Care Volunteer. I also enjoy my little "farm", and I love spending time with people and in nature.

It is love for oneself, life, the world and everyone in it.

Leanne Adams

Art Workshop | Coromandel

For years my life has been guided by a consistent and simple belief in the power of Spiritual Intelligence. It provides me with a constant sense of direction and knowingness that no matter what's happening, something good will always come from it, even when I can't see it at the time.

From humble beginnings, as a shopkeeper's daughter in Whangamata to head off into the world of business, my life straddled between NZ & Australia. Then, a few years ago, I made a conscious choice to come home to start again - to get back to me.

This gave me time and space to reflect, teach Reiki and Art, and guide and heal myself and others.  From these, I have gathered a rich and diverse background of knowledge in strategy, thinking, change management, spiritual development and creativity, which provides me with an interesting library of content to work with.

For years I have had a personal mantra gifted to me by those that I lovingly call "The Elders", which I received during one of my trips to Australia – Artist, Healer, Teacher, Guiding Light of Love. I hope someday to truly fulfil that sacred story that was gifted to me that day and look forward to connecting with you somewhere on the journey back to love. After all – it's what we're all here for, isn't it? To learn to love again?”
